Can we give minute maid mixed fruit juice to one year boy if he is suffering with fever?

Hi , minute made or any kind of packed juices are very high in sugar and calorie content and also contain some preservatives .so these kind of juices should not be given . give homemade food only you can give fresh homemade pomegranate juice .
