Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough in a child could be allergic , infective or due to some other cause like GERD so it needs proper valuation before giving any medication . Prximarily you cann give steam inhalation to the child for the improvement before consulting your doctor.

Yes If your child wakes up in the middle of the night and demands for a feed then yes of course you should be feeding to the child as and when your child is demanding for it it’s not at all an issue but you should now try to get in a practice that you should quit feeding in the night time in its going to be a good practice for your child to sleep at a stretch for 8 to 10 hours
