Can we give mashed pulses to 9 months old baby

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Ed you can give and introduce one pulse at a time to check response of the vaby towards it as pulses are heavy to digest so soak them well before cooking and cook it well
