ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. no dear mum avoid packaged soup these ate high in sodium or salt, contain additives added flavour not at all a healthy choice prefer homemade soups also sukhi not be given frequently because it just fills the small stomach without providing enough energy and nutrients better to give vegetables incorporated in recipes and also as sabzi like prepared in the house

Vritika AroraMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. no dear not at all. avoid giving packet soups to the baby. serve only freshly prepared homemade soup. you can give vegetables soup chicken soup fish soup. add vegetables of your choice. give only homemade food and avoid packed foods and bakery food.
