avoid giving biscuits until baby completes one year. Since your baby is seven months you can start with fibre and calcium rich food.
8 AM-ragi porridge
12 PM-any vegetable purée
4 PM-any fruit purée
8 PM-rice and dal porridge. With this you can give water, Dal water, breastfeed. Make sure there is a gap of two hours after giving solid food and then give liquid feed.
avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.
