POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 9 yr 1 m old boy5 years agoA. The short answer is probably not. The FDA says that over-the-counter cold medications should not be used in children younger than age 2. The American Academy of Pediatrics does not recommend any over-the-counter cold medications for children younger than age 4.
