can we give honey to 6 months baby girl

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 week agoA. dear parent , no honey shd b avoided till 1 yr of age . because if it is contaminated with spores of clostridium botulinum then it can cause botulism a serious health problem
