Can we give Honey for kids aging 2 years 9 months. if yes how much can be given and in what time. please kindly suggest your thoughts.

Honey has many amazing healing properties like it helps in a cough and cold,sore throat, stomach upset,tootache, mouth ulcers, helps digetion.
