Q.
Can we give glucon d for my baby of 1 year 1month old. He is suffering from 101fever not eating anything.

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy8 years agoA. glucon D should be avoided till 2 year... it's normal... almost all the baby do this. .. even we adults needs time to recover from the fever... even after the recovery we feel not much hungry.. loss of appetite... the same happens with the baby too.. don't force feed him... generally baby don't want to eat anything during this period.. once he get fully recovered then you can give him proper food... till then give him a lot of healthy fluids and breastfeed him more often.. give him a lot of healthy fluids like warm soup, turmeric milk, coconut water, buttermilk, etc. . give him ginger juice, Tulsi water Frequently... Include immunity boosting foods.. give him plenty of rest.. Keep the surrounding hygiene and clean... also swaddle her a lot..kiss , peck and hug her a lot... Carry her... try to give him physical touch more.. it will make her more comfortable. . ...
