can we give formula UpTo two years or after 1 year can we give cow's milk.which is best?

Aditi SinhaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. hi, you can start with cow milk as baby is already 2 years, boil the milk properly and so ensure the milk is from a good place as you are using this for child. you can also add dry fruits paste or add fruits and make smoothie or shakes to increase the nutritional value. thanks
