can we give fefanil 250 mg syrup without food because She Is having 101.5degrees. if we give syrup It Is decreasing After some time It Is in creasing.

A. Namaste Mom This could be viral fever as it is recurring as such as giving a number of times it could make the child weak and it needs to be given at a certain duration of time only say 6 to 8 hours It would be ideal to get the child examined and then give as per the prescribed dosage only
