What You Should Do: 1. Check the Last Dose: If you gave the correct dose earlier (as per weight), you can give it again after 5 hours if symptoms persist. 2. Monitor Symptoms: If your child still has a fever or pain, giving another dose is acceptable, provided it doesn't exceed the 4-dose limit in 24 hours. 3.
