can we give curd ,paneer to 6months old baby ven if cow milk is not allowed before 1year?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom yeah that is true milk isnt recommended till the age of 1 but milk products can be given , so initially curds would be ideal to be given, panner you can give them say from 8 month onwards.
