Can we give cow milk to my 5 month old?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. It is better to introduce cow milk only after 1 year. As it is heavy to digest, feeding it so early in 5 months may cause indigestion, vomiting and loss of appetite. Also, once you give cow milk, dilute it with some water to make it easier to digest. Till then, keep feeding breastmilk or formula milk.
