A. you can give curd to your baby. curd is a rich source of calcium, protein, B Vitamins. it is a good probiotic, helps baby in digestion and improves the gut health of baby. you can also give other milk products like paneer and cheese. avoid giving watery food like buttermilk as it fills baby's small stomach and reduces the appetite for other food where as baby's stomach capacity is less but nutrient and energy requirements are high, so baby should be given nutrient dense and energy dense food.

A. By 7 to 9 months, your baby can begin trying new textures, like semi solid food , and finger foods. give khichdi, daliya, upma, dal rice with ghee and boil mashed potato, wheat halwa, idli with dal, veggies purreee, some fruits like mashed Apple, bananas sweet potato, chickoo. However, you should avoid nuts, grapes, and small food items that cause your baby to choke. And, you don't want to give your infant honey or whole milk until after her first birthday. give meal in gap of 3to4 hours also give two times breastfeeding to baby.. start giving food in small quantity
