Q.
Can we give brown rice cereal while baby in constipation problem. I started giving semi soli foods from past 3 days , first food as white rice cereal but after started till now my baby not poop. During this period what kind of cereal we can give kindly list out the food chart 6 month old baby.

priyanka aroraMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy8 years agoA. start with liquids first like daal soup,rice water,veggie water etc then after few days gv mashed banana,boiled apple,overcooked khichdi,porridge,upma curd ,sooji kheer etc..try one new meal at one time..three heavy meals per day along with one fruit n breastfeeding is must..u can also introduce fm twice a day
