ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can give anything to your child except cow milk and honey. try to give everything in form of purees. Prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables

If You can then you should avoid it and if you really want to give then you can go for brown wheat bread or multigrain bread avoid giving to your child as of now that you introduced after the age of 13 to 14 months but at this age also if you can avoid you should avoid it
