A. Hi, we suggest slowly introducing items to your baby. As they are eating solids and semi solids for the first time, it is important to give them the right first foods. It is not recommended to give them any salt or sugar at this stage. We suggest starting with single grain cereals like sprouted ragi and brown rice. Noo Start slowly for weaning Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age After 6months of age u can start with dal rice water, Moong dal puree Rice kanji Spinach and dal mash Tomato soup mashed fruit Apple puree Bloiled mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes Add 1item every 3rd day Give 2-3 serve in a day time Continue breast feed as a main source of food till 9 months of age. And packet or cows milk can be started after 1 yr of age only
