ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician5 years agoA. you can give boiled eggs on empty stomach no problem Egg yolk can be given safely after completing 9months of age And whole egg after 1yrs You can give ur baby one egg per day after completing 1yrs of age.. Egg is a good source of protein and hence is a ideal food items for baby's. Keep ur baby well hydrated

Hello parent, Reduces Bloating However, eating boiled eggs for breakfast and staying away from junk food can be of great help in preventing a bloated belly. Boiled eggs for breakfast will make you feel lighter as compared to eating something unhealthy for breakfast.
