Can we give amla juice with honey to 20 month old baby in empty stomach Pls suggest the proper way to include amla in diet . Also what is the right time to consume it

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. can give but avoid giving in empty stomach.. you can give amla juice, boiled amla pulp, amla murraba can be given. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
