ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. no parent your kid is one month old in case the baby is not gaining weight properly on breastfeeding or have decreased urine output you may go ahead with alternative top up feeds like formula,but chances of slight infection at present with formula feeding compared to the exclusive breastfeeding
