Anindita BhattacharyaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. yes no problem you can have seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, dal, milk and milk products, nuts etc add sufficient water and follow general guidelines for health and hygeine

U can have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits except papaya and pineapple, dry fruits, fresh fruit juice, coconut water, pulses, chicken fish etc Anything eaten In moderation is fine
