Can we eat ragi during breastfeed

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. yes you can have Ragi while breast feeding. Have healthy diet. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

Vritika AroraMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. yes you can have ragi if you are a feeding mother. it will help to increase your milk supply as well. but avoid it regularly in summer. basically it is a winter food which helps the mother and the baby to remain cosy. you can have it twice in summer
