can we eat pumpkin seeds in pregnancy? what's the benefits of it?

A. yes you can eat it in pregnancy. it is a good source of protein ,irin ,vitamin , mineral and omega-3 fatty acids. it's good to relieve from constipation, anemia n good fur fetal development.

A. Pumpkin seeds Like all nuts and seeds, they also are a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which are often deficient in the diet. Omega 3s are necessary for the brain and eye development of the fetus. Unsalted pumpkin seeds are excellent as a snack on their own.
