Can we eat cookies while breast feeding ??

SantoMom of a 8 yr 9 m old girl7 years agoA. Mild sweetened cookies are OK.. If your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices, citrus fruits, Avoid fishes in high mercury content, avoid tea coffee, eggs, wheat, cauliflower, cabbage, proceeded foods, mangoes, prunes, corn, Broccoli.. All these are gassy foods to baby. If you still wish to have have in limited quantities and have warm water post that.
