Can we drink or eat mango shake/ mango after c-section delivery

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. yes you can have mango and even have mango shake. it will not harm you or your baby. fruits are nutritious and increase immunity so have all seasonal fruits. what you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause cold and cough to baby. breast milk is composed of mother's blood. composition of mother's blood and breast milk remains the same irrespective of what mother eats
