Can we combine meftal p syrup with Azithral 100 (antibiotic)? My baby is having fever with 102 degree, my pediatrician suggested for meftal p for 2 days and after still the fever continues then use Azithral 100. My baby is normal during day time and he is getting fever during mid night like 2pm, so we started giving antibiotic today but if he get fever again can we use meftal p syrup with antibiotic? or paracetamol is enough if the fever not exceeding 103 degree. pls suggest
