Can we bring this ear to normal shape .. baby is 3 months old

Please attach the picture properly because picture is not yet attached . Rather than this if there is any issue in babies ears shape then you should consult ENT specialist. Because doctor can only guide you well after checking baby. Till the time there is no need to do anything by your own
