ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. cerelac already has milk so addition of milk is not required actually commercially prepared baby food is not required and should not be given because these are high in added sugar may contain flavor and do not introduce variety prefer to give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac can also be prepared

Hi i can see your baby just 3 months old, you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months of age as it is very important for their proper physical and mental development and also helps in boosting up the immunity in babies and help in proper weight gain.

If it is formula milk which you want to add then yes you can add it but do not add cow's milk or any other animal's milk or package milk before 12 months. Till the child completes 6 months, you should either breastfeed or formula feed the child. Other than that nothing is recommended. Even water is not recommended before six months. Feed the baby on demand and keep a check on the pee count. it should be six plus clear pees in a day
