can vitamin d3 ultra drops can be mixed with expressed beast milk and be given to 3 month old infant

Better not to mix.
As it might split the milk
Better to give it separately
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Mom should not use RO water as it's demineralized
Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350
