gradually give blends of rice dal
ragi rawa pech
fruit puree
mashed potatoes
bananas
continue breastfeeding
avoid salt and sugar till 1 year of age
Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hey hey mommy you can start with solids after the baby completes 6 months. time start with you can give mashed rice once a day. once the baby settles down with that you can add mashed dal. the next step would be to introduce vegetable and fruit purees. always remember to keep three days between two new ingredients and no salt and no sugar until the baby completes a year
