can u please suggest liquid foods for 1 year baby and 3 year

A. Khichdi porridge Upma you can give buttermilk coconut water soup lemonade these are the things that you can give or any other food that you want to give to the child you can make it in more of liquid form depending upon what do you want to give like pulses and rice can also be given separately in the form of more of liquid
