Q.
Can sweet potato be given to babies? Can it cause gas or is it heavy on intestine?

Hello mom sweet potatoes are very healthy and nutritious and naturally sweet and preferred by most babies .. but as it’s been a root vegetable it may possibly cause gas issues to give small quantity first and observe your baby as to how he is been reacting to it .. otherwise it is safe and a filling food
