A. Dear mum, you can add little bit of sugar to the food of your 8 months old baby. However, avoid giving excess sugary foods and sweets for your baby’s good health.

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please no the first 1 years the baby should not be given any additional sugar or salt you should try and get flavours from natural herbs like lemon coriander would be great additionally even sugar use fruits to sweeten any dish
