Q.

can some1 help in GERD problem,its been 6years suffering...take medication but seems no helpful

A. yake meaks of smaller quantity.not to lie down within two hours of eating.Avoid fatty food , french fries, spicy food, citrus fruits, tomatoes,cocolate.. take simple easy to digest food, fibour rich food like whole grains such as whole-wheat bread, brown rice, oatmeal, popcorn and whole-grain crackers are also good sources of fiber.
