Can snake gourd and egg be eaten at a time while breastfeeding?? Is it harmful to baby??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear mum, you can eat both snake gourd and eggs. As a breastfeeding mother, what you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause gas to baby. You can eat all vegetables and non veg foods.
