can salt little amt and milk little be introduced in preparing food for 6 months old baby

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, Yes salt can be used but not more than a pinch or two , other than that other alternative is lemon, animal milk avoid kare aap abhi , tho plant source milk jaise ki soya, coconut milk etc aap de sakte hai
