Yes Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age After 6months of age u can start with dal rice water, Moong dal puree Rice kanji Spinach and dal mash Tomato soup mashed fruit Apple puree Bloiled mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes Add 1item every 3rd day Give 2-3 serve in a day time Continue breast feed as a main source of food till 9 months of age.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl7 years agoA. If not cooked well ya it cause constipation. Wash ragi seeds thoroughly for four to five times. And soak it overnight. Take some ragi in a mixer and blend it well. Add little little water and keep adding remaining ragi and blend it. Now filter the blended mix to extract the ragi water. Which would be n cream color. Add little water and cook the milk. Keep string well until it becomes like porridge. You can add little jaggery for taste. You can add ghee to it post seven months.
