can ragi cause constipation?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. No. Ragi won't. if your baby has constipation than start to add fiber rich food in baby food . give sips of water after each solid feed to soften poop .

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children6 years agoA. No ragi doesn't cause constipation in babies in fact it's fibrous and easy to digest. So can give ragi to the baby. Give some warm water after every meal. Give a few drops of ghee in the night in some warm milk. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Include beetroot papaya kishmish too in the baby's diet.
