can pumping milk bring blood mix in the mikk or can it damage the ligaments

MONAMom of 6 children4 days agoA. DEAR MOM Yes, pumping too aggressively or using the wrong breast shield size can break tiny blood vessels, causing a little blood in your milk. It won't damage your breast ligaments, but it can definitely cause painful tissue soreness and cracked nipples.

Pumping is hundred percent safe there is no problem with that if the blood is coming that means there is a problem that your breast is leaking blood with the milk it’s not healthy and it does not affect your ligaments or any anything but currently you’re facing the issue you should consult a doctor
