can please sugges me sir , by baby got hernia surgery tell me the best diet and his weight also 9kgs and tell me the weight gain food sir please

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom initially give him time to recover as that is very much important for him now , give him fluids to keep him hydrated and also soft consistency diet and which are mild on spices and flavours , easy to digest foods
