Can nasal congestion cause loss of smell? Or will covid be the only reason for loss of smell??

A. Hi . there are various reasons for loss of smell covid being a one of it.. if you think that you have been too crowded place or if you have been exposed to a covid positive patients you should watch for any other symptoms and get yourself tested if you are not getting your senses of smell back within few days

A. hello loss of smell can be due to the congestion or even it is also one of the symptoms of covid and you better check with your doctor especially if you have been on contact with any of the covid positive. it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
