See frankly speaking it doesn’t make a difference whether the mother is there or father is there or anyone parent is available to get this ceremony done okay so that is a basic outlook I can tell you is correct but rest completely depend what is the traditional thing at your place because we do not want to interfere into the traditional practises of one but in my personal view it is really does not make a difference it’s totally your choice
