A. check any allergic reaction. stop using cosmetics, soaps, bathe with clean water,  also some babies get allergy due to woolen clothing. wear it over regular cotton clothes. stop supplements for a few days and see if it improves still if it doesn't disappear, consult dermatologist.

A. Generally iron syrup font cause any rashes. So months common side effects are constipation, teeth stains etc., but every baby is different and some components in the iron syrup may not be suitable for ur baby. It's better if u consult with your pediatrician about this and get the baby examined.
