can i wear abdominal belt during my periods??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 9 m old boy6 years agoA. there is no advantage of wearing abdominal belt at it does not cause any reduction of weight or something if you want to reduce your weight better to exercise rather than just wearing the belt
