can i visit temple in navratri on 4th day of period

A. no barrier. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutin kids as they grow, they learn at a speed. which can vary. avoid gadgets n do not force. then ficus on healthy foods and habits. all this help a lot. ok.

A. Well that is completely your choice a lot of people believe in it that you should not be going but I don’t think so there is any harm if you don’t touch anything some people believe that it is okay but I believe it is completely your religious choice if you want to go for it
