Always make sure to use good quality diapers, change diaper once in 3 to 4 hours, use a good diaper rash cream. It is not a wrong idea to use Vaseline. It can be used after ensuring the diaper area is not wet. Avoid repeated washing , usage of wipes. If affordable diaper rash cream is a good choice as it contains zinc which helps in better healing
