Hello mam I would not advise you to use it for a five-year-old girl because it is a product which is specifically for adults after the age of 18 I believe not below that. If you want you can most certainly look in the market and get a good body wash which is completely you are safe to be used in the vaginal area you can use that and do apply good amount of oil after a shower to maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness And nourishment down there.
