Can I use the povidone iodine ointment Cipladine for my 2.5 month old baby. He is having some redness and cut behind his ears.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. hi, your baby is 2 months old now.before using iodine you should get the problem checked by your pediatrician to see if it's due to any fungal or bacterial infection.till then try applying baby lotion or lacto calamine to soothe the skin
