Vritika AroraMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. yes you can use this coconut oil for massage. always use coconut oil in summer and almond oil in summer for massage. wipe out the excess oil. bathe the baby after massage. feed the baby and try to make him sleep. it will help in weight gain
